"Another good visit and stay at The Swan Hotel in Stafford. Very clean and comfortable. Good parking. Great location. Two minor niggles. 1). No complimentary bottle of water. 2). No shelf in shower in which to put shampoo and soap bottles. Pleased when I popped in a day after my two day visit had ended to inquire about an Apple plug and cable I’d mislaid. Staff had found it in my room and kept it back in case the owner (me in this instance) returned to ask about it."

"Overall, the Double Tree is a lovely hotel with very helpful staff and great customer service. The only downside in our experience was the pillows (1 too small and 1 too big), seems to be quite common these days, but we couldn’t sleep properly on either of them. Also, the food prices are quite expensive (breakfast is approx. £17 and a basic pizza will set you back £21 if delivered to your room)."

"We stay at Fairlawns regularly and it never disappoints. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are always well-designed, well-maintained and very clean. Food and service at dinner is excellent with plenty of gluten-free options."
