It is professionally managed by Vacation Newport.This home's unique floor plan showcases the kitchen, laundry and living area on the second level while the bedrooms are kept as separate sanctuaries on the first and third floors. Each bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen television and en suite bathroom. This home has two large decks, perfect for outdoor gatherings. One deck is located off of the living area and the other is located off of the bedroom on the third floor.Conveniently, this property features off street parking for two vehicles. ***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

Amazing Property
Centrally located, really clean and wonderfully appointed property. We were 6 highschool friends now celebrating 35+ years of friendship and had just such a great time sitting on the huge outdoor patio overlooking Thames. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Newport Stay on Thames
Overall incredible stay in Newport, right in the heart of Thames, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the Wharf. Space was large, clean, and had everything we needed, including two parking spots on premise. Two decks were also incredible to down time and hanging out. One note- the check in details were not available or messaged in app, or came from a VRBO email, they come in an email from the property management company (Newport Lofts), so keep an eye out for that!

The trip was amazing, the home was beautiful and we loved that each bedroom had a king bed and tv. A few things we noticed that you may want to know about: there was no ice when we arrived, the icemaker was not working, nor was the disposal. The kitchen floor was filthy. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Our stay at the Newport Lofts was great. It was in a good location near the port and the shops and restaurants. The Loft was very nice and clean. Lots of room. A nice kitchen. Open living area. Nice bedrooms with baths. The outside porch was nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend it.

This property is beautiful and as nice as the photos. Loved having the outdoor spaces and being so close to everything. One thing that I didn’t see mentioned in other reviews which might be nice to know ahead of time is that the street noise can be a little loud at night. Mostly on the weekend. If you are super noise sensitive this could be an issue for you. It was fine for us. There are white noise machines in each bedroom.

Nice property, don’t count on any appliances or wifi working!
We were at this property for 4 days, the location is very convenient and the decoration could almost distract you from the fact that the appliances and Wifi do not work. We have had the Keurig coffee machine replaced twice (both were busted and eventually I gave up), the dishwasher isn’t attached to the counter so it is a tipping danger, the washer machine only works on quick wash mode (!!) , the dryer doesn’t dry. But all of these failures pale in comparison to the “winner”- wifi that drops connection every 10 mins of constant media streaming, which renders every one of their smart TVs useless!
