Blinds were missing from Windows, surfaces had not been cleaned, the kitchen was missing many essential items such as forks, broken glass outside the back door, last guests dirty laundry left in the dinning room, the list goes on. Really put a downer on the first day of the holiday. I don't expect to have to provide essentials like forks and kitchen knives and clean on arrival. Manager of property was initially understanding but is now ignoring my emails."

"House was well appointed and close to railway station, and very roomy. Negatives....only one bathroom which is not on bedroom floor (difficult to access in middle of night!), Too many stairs for us older folks. No instructions for TV. Not enough towels or wastebaskets. Steep walk up and down hill to access house. Could use some homey touches like teabags, condiments. Pretty spare. But, all in all, a great deal for the money."

"This was an excellently decorated & comfortably furnished apartment, perfectly located in a quiet location in the main part of town. We parked a short distance away at the ASDA car park, which was reasonably priced via the JustPark app. Helpful owners & excellent communication. We didn’t use the cooking equipment as the apartment was close to a number of chain restaurants - we did notice that there was no sharp knife nor microwave but otherwise was very well equipped. "Clean and comfortable room has air conditioning which you can set as required, bathroom has a decent shower with Dove soap/shower gel and shampoo, good breakfast selection, friendly staff and free parking."
