Three-story Beachfront Retreat with Postcard Ocean Views

You may never want to leave this beautiful beachfront retreat. This contemporary, newly furnished, three-story home on the boardwalk at 35th Street has postcard full ocean views. Six stunning bedrooms, one being on the third floor with a private bathroom.

The open concept living area with a beautiful fireplace to warm the room in winter months and on cool summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, features stainless appliances. A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The laundry room has plenty of room for doing laundry.

The beautiful master bedroom has a king bed with stunning ocean front views and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and closet. The second and third bedrooms have a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower as well. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom.

The outdoor space becomes an extension of your living space. The rooftop deck has table chairs, and comfortable lounge chairs!

Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, flanked by several local's favorite eateries. Lido Marina Village with high-end and casual restaurants and boutiques is a quick walk away. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. This location is perfect for families looking to explore the area and enjoy the beach!

Beautiful house right on the beach beds are super comfortable tons of room. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Great Location/ No Property Management

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location was great. There was absolutely no service from the property management. We tried to reach out to them on the day of departure and got no response other than an outside call answering service. From the arrival to departure we did not talk with anyone.For the price that you pay, there is no maid service, they ask you to strip the beds, collect all towels. do all of the dishes and all kinds of other items at departure. It is also not a 11 am checkout as typical, its 10 am so plan your departure flights accordingly.The house is new within the last 2-3 years but it is a rental only and is already showing its wear. The layout was really good. The location is solid but really does not seem to be managed in anyway as a high end rental.

It accommodated everyone comfortably. There were no issues at all. Definitely recommend for a largegroup.
