The Space:
122 33rd St is professionally managed by Newport Beach Vacation Properties. This beachy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage is located less than a block from the beach. It has easy access to the sand for swimming, boarding, surfing or soaking up the rays!
The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and an adjacent bath with a shower/tub combination. One of the two guest bedrooms upstairs has a pair of twin beds, the other has two sets of twin bunk beds. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to the hall full bathroom.
The home features a spacious living room and an updated kitchen with new appliances and is stocked with everything you could need. The beachy living area has an ample amount of seating for the whole family and a large flat screen TV. The roomy dining table has seating for 8. The laundry room is down the hallway off the kitchen.
The home has a furnished front patio with tons of seating for gathering outside. There is also a lovely upper deck off the hallway upstairs and the home’s best feature is the spacious backyard with a large table, seating for ten and a charcoal grill. There is one parking spot in the small garage that can be accessed from 33rd St. Boogie Boards and Beach Chairs at the property are for guest use.
Please be aware, this is a historical home, therefor the garage does not allow room for an oversized vehicle. Only small, compact vehicles will fit. There is also free street parking surrounding the home.
The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore are just minutes away!

N.B.V.P is not responsible and will not issue refunds due to neighboring construction. City construction hours are M - F 7am to 5pm.

location was great close to most things. House was clean and nice. Two drawbacks would be shower heads are very low and don't put out much water. The bbq is old and rusted and needs to be replaced. Also it would be nice to have a dedicated parking spot parking was kind of crazy. Also the cleaning people were quite rude they showed up a half an hour early and demanded we move our car so they could park there. Then they wanted us to give them the key and leave it unlocked. We put the key in the lockbox as per our instructions we were given. They were pushy and quite rude.
Perfect house for our 8 people. Included many beach amenities, great patio and was a very short walk to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and each bedroom included a floor fan. Only downside is parking…very small garage for one car and no street parking.
This house was great! Clean and cozy. Very well stocked with supplies. Greatly appreciated the Tupperware and ziplock bags. Unit has beach chairs, which isn’t advertised, and beach toys. No A/C so the unit gets hot but box fans were supplied and we left windows open all day with the fan blowing which kept it cool. Back patio was such a highlight! Loved eating dinner out there. Can’t was to stay here next year.
