"Great place to stay, marred by 2 aspects. 1st overnight parking is charged at £13.50. This is not stated during booking. 2nd and very disturbing. A £50 insurance deposit is required during check-in. Refundable upto 5 days after check-out if no incident. This feels like a money making scam."

"The hotel was excellent; service at the restaurant was exceptional, and we had a very enjoyable stay. The only area where improvement could be made is the reception service. While the staff were polite, communication regarding room readiness could have been clearer which causes the check in process was quite slow."

"The room and the hotel were clean enough. They can do some deep cleaning every month though like the sides on the floor. Parking was easy and safe but I wish it was free for the customers. The only problem is I think they should change their curtains in the bathroom as they have brown colours on it. It is the easiest thing to do as I normally put it in the washing machine and clean mine and it’s like brand new."
