"Perfect spot for beach, restaurants and Newbury port See you next summer!"

"Clean and well cared for; high end finishes; small but adorable with beautiful views from upstairs bedroom. Good communication with owners. "

"I booked a last minute stay for some time at the ocean. The booking/check in process was so easy with very detailed instructions sent the day of my arrival. The place was exactly as pictured, a well-appointed, clean cottage, with everything I needed. The host also left a welcome gift that was thoughtful and useful. I walked the few blocks to the ocean everyday, multiple times a day to walk for hours on the beaches. I got food from a nice little Italian restaurant (Capri) just a block away. The...

"Cute little cottage. Incredible location near one of the most beautiful towns and long pristine beaches and natural habitat preserves I've encountered. We used to go to Plum Island when I was a kid and when my kids were young. Even more interesting than I remembered. The house has a nice, well-furnished kitchen, and it's a lovely, small, cozy space. The only issues we had were furniture, inside seating, and a very loud washer and dryer. It's a tiny place that maximizes space so well it kind of...

"Cute little place that is clean and well taken care of. Plum Island was adorable with a mile walk or ride to a great beach. Enjoyed our stay."

"Very clean and charming. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Very clean and perfect place to stay while we were in a wedding at the Beauport! The host checked in often and made us feel very welcomed and at home"

"Sparking clean property. Plenty of main floor gathering space (kitchen/dining/livingroom) with good separation of sleeping quarters, giving the opportunity for privacy and rest. Pretty back yard with Adirondack chairs to enjoy while reading or just resting. Easy drive to the main attractions of Gloucester and/or Rockport. All this and responsive owners too! "

"Enjoyed our stay!! Cute place and convenient to beach, boardwalk and beyond"

"Great"

"Conveniently located and adorable rental property! Walking distance to many great shops and restaurants, as well as the beach."

"This was our third year staying in the blue house - and eighth year in Hampton Beach over the 4th of July. This house is absolutely perfect!"

"Great location, clean, well equipped kitchen and very nicely decorated. Would stay again!"

"Great stay. Will stay again for sure!"

"Friendly and helpful hostess greeted me upon arrival. VRBO app was very useful for communication. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great. The TV had Netflix, but I mostly screen casted from my iPad while was there (16 days). Had my own entrance and parking spot in the driveway. I really can't think of any negative outside of a broken handle on the microwave, which was no big deal. Recommended!"

"We had a spectacular visit in July with our extended family. It was the perfect place to hold our family reunion of 24 people. The property had so much old charm with all the comforts of home and a wonderful location to just hang out, go to the beach or shop and eat in Portsmouth. We would not hesitate to do it again and we appreciated the care and communication provided by Chelsi."
