"On a reservation, we requested a double bed. When we arrived, we got a single king and a couch. That was fine. We went to make the bed on the couch and it was 100% disgusting. I stripped everything off of there and took it downstairs. The staff did have a package of clean bedding for me, but only had one pillow to use with no option of getting any other pillows. They were out that’s fine. We ended up giving one of the pillows off of the big bed to the kids. There was no body soap in the shower or shampoo. I had filled out a survey upon arrival of how it was in the general manager gave me a call immediately. I expressed my concerns and she had house cleaning come up and fill the bottles. I appreciated the communication. The beds were comfortable. I did not like the showerhead. That’s just my opinion. The air worked great. No concerns for safety, great location."

"My room was clean & updated, unfortunately, it is right next to the freeway and very noisy, but I brought earplugs and while many rooms in the nicer motels were $250 per night, my room was approx $55. I couldn't complain."
