The staff was great. They are clearly undergoing some changes. The deposit was $200. That said, the pool was gross. And water spilled over into the hallways. The hotel was clean, but definitely not as polished as the photos suggest. Overall, the hotel was a place for us to sleep while passing through. It did the job.

It says newly renovated, but they just slapped some paint on the place. There was some sauce splattered on the wall in our room, the phone didn't work, and when asked about a crib, they came to our room and said they didn't have one that was safe for a baby. No towels were in the room; we had to ask twice for towels, and at one point, they said they didn't have any. The staff was nice, but the receptionist seemed overwhelmed. No bugs or anything like that, and the beds were comfy; however, we won't stay there again.

The staff was great, the rest not so much. The pool door wouldnt open cause the battery was dead in the reader and no o e could fix it till Monday. There were cockroaches in our bathroom, and we had to ask for towels thet were not just supplied. After seei g the cockroaches we left a night early.

Avoid This Area!

The area is terrible and not at all ideal. Not much within walking distance if you dared to venture out, and across from a Greyhound bus station. The rooms were nice, and staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again because of its location.
