Virgin Hotels New York City
Staff was welcoming, attentive and helpful. Room was clean and spacious (by NYC standards). Toiletries in room were top notch. Street noise is LOUD (on the 8th floor) but this is to be expected in NYC. Bring earplugs or request a high floor to avoid street noise.

Location was great! Very close to the Empire State Building. The room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Hyatt Grand Central New York
The hotel ran out of blankets, so our kids that had to sleep on rollaway beds in 2 rooms- did not have blankets. The hotel gave us towels. We were very disappointed- especially when we paid for 2 rooms for 4 nights.
