Lotte New York Palace
Our room was very nice and the staff was quite helpful. 2 suggestions: More tables and chairs are needed in the main meeting area on the lobby floor. NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
There is no breakfast available, but they do have a Diner to go eat individually. All was good, except that the last 2 days there was a lot of drilling outside in my window. I had a cold, there was nonresponse on the phone tonreception. I had to come down and they offered me.another room.
