Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Our room was NYC size hotel room, so "small", but not so small we couldn't enjoy ourselves in it. The walls are very thin, and we did hear our next door neighbors multiple times.
Hotel, room, sheets, etc were all clean.
Breakfast was not so great. We ate breakfast at the hotel the first morning and both opted to go to a local diner about 5 minute walk away the next three days.
The hotel is a short walk to new shops, the river, 9/11 Memorial, and a subway station to get uptown, Brooklyn or the airport.
