"The staff was so wonderful, Linda at the desk could not have been nicer and more welcoming. Rooms are big for NYC and we got a great view of the Empire State Building. It's not a brand new hotel so you don't have cutting edge amenities, but everything worked and was clean. Having a good diner accessible from the lobby was a great bonus."
