"The staff did their job were not hospitable or friendly. The reservation was for four people and the room had 2 towels, no wash cloths. When I asked for towels and washed cloths for our party size, I only received two towels by someone who seemed bothered. The refrigerator in the room smelled rancid, and the cabinet was off the hinges. The walls were filthy and the woodwork was all messed up. There was an undisclosed dirty spot on one of the quilts. The pool/spa hours are strange. I took my son to the pool at about 8:30am. The pool opens at 8:00 AM. They allowed us to enter the pool before checking chemical levels and water purity. The pool in the hot tub were balanced with chemicals while we were in it. That’s something that should have been done prior to opening the area for health risks not after and while people are in it. The pool area also looked very poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the pictures. The waterfall backdrop is not running, and the steam room’s tiles are missing many tiles. I would not recommend this hotel. The hours of the amenities are very inconvenient, poor service, not clean and overall inadequate. Not to mention health risk concerns. I recommend that the health department audit their amenities. As someone who works in government in my locality, I have had the opportunity to work alongside the health department and I believe that this is a site that could see many violations due to high health risks"

"The rooms were very clean but mines had a funny smell. I went out and purchased a plug in freshener which helped. The corridor carpets needed more frequent vacuuming but overall the hotel was good."
