"Great hotel"

"Wonderful place, great stay, thank you."

"The staff were very helpful and customer service focused. We had an issue with a room thermostat and they upgraded us to a l’arger room."

"Comfortable and worth the cheap rates. Good for short stays."

"Nice room, good service and good location"

"More toilet paper would be appreciated"

"Stayed in the Juliet room. The place is okay. Penny grocery store just down the street was nice. But the kitchen is kinda gross and smelly. The bathroom is fairly clean. The bed is worn out from having a single person sleep on it so you both roll into the middle which sucks. Friendly host. It's passable but I wouldn't recommend to my friends. "

"The hotel staff were amazing. From the receptionist to the kitchen attendants. I loved my stay here! They even offered us water when we were checking out!"

"Last minute stay with check in bc at midnight. Quiet room, cosy bed and a great breakfast. Good value for money and walkable to train station."

"Cleaned room, location is nearly to U-station, friendly staff and a nice, cozy hotel, breakfast buffet is good enough 👍👍👍☺️highly recommended!"

"Nice Staff"

"Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, fairly well located - about a 20 minute walk to the kolner dom. The streets nearby have interesting restaurants, stores and shops. It’s close to other nice sites (Melaten cemetery is about 20 minutes walk, the old medieval walls are just around the corner). The staff are particularly nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend."

"It’s old but price was okay for short stay. Receptionist in third shift helped us with everything we needed! Good location"

"Super good location. Staff were helpful and friendly."

"Location is amazing and the staff was so nice"

"Great area, having two electric fans in the room was such a great amenity."
