Welcome to Florida :)
- Welcome to New Smyrna Beach! Our condo unit is located on the 5th Floor with a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. When you take the elevator up to the 5th Floor, you are only a few steps away from the front door. Castle Reef is located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, with access to the Pool overlooking the Ocean, Shuffle Board and out door Grills. Our unit is Owner Occupied during the summer months and we are looking for a tenant that would like to get out of the cold weather and enjoy Florida for a few months.

This unit was everything and more. It was perfect!! So welcoming, well decorated but not overdone, everything was super clean and organized, easily to find. The Owner quickly responded to any questions I had. I could not have found a better rental. I loved having the balcony that looked out over the ocean. The people I met there were friendly. I enjoyed the beach, the pool and shuffleboard. I wish I could have been there longer and look forward to next year!

Relaxing
We enjoyed our stay and the owner was great to work with.. It's a great location and the condo was clean and comfortable. It was really quiet also...never heard any noise from other units. The pool was wonderful and so warm! The only thing we didn't like was the sloping of the inside of the bath tub.

NSB just got sweeter...
Great condo in every way from the initial booking onward. The owners were easy to work with. The condo is cozy, comfy, and clean just as pictured and as well stocked as listed. The Wifi is great! The location is convenient with restaurants and Dollar General Market Basket right across the street. We have vacationed in NSB many years. To be ocean front is wonderful. We have found the spot we will return to. Our home away from home. You won’t be disapponted.
