"Derrick’s place is fabulous. When booking a condo in FLA you really have to pay attention since places advertising “ocean view” or “oceanfront” can be deceiving. Not the case here. You are OCEANFRONT. Direct clear view of ocean and a beautiful balcony to sip a coffee and watch the sunrise or have a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Bed was super comfy, kitchen nicely equipped. Would definitely return and recommend"

"I have stayed at Coconut Palms II on several occasions and my husband and I love the location. The facility, grounds and staff are great. They are still recovering from a couple of hurricanes but continue to take care of facilities and the guests just the same. This stay had a million dollar view with that 4th floor balcony. "My daughter flew in for a girls weekend and we had a fabulous time. Loved having our breakfast outside on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Spending time on the beach and coming back into the condo was quick and convenient. Grocery store is a short distance away. I dropped her off Saturday afternoon at the airport and picked up my husband and it was a great little getaway and we can't wait to come back😊"

"This condo is all you can ask for to have a perfect stay in NSB! The accommodations are impeccable - everything is so organized, clean and meets any need imaginable. Amy is an incredibly gracious host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The building is located directly across from the Rec Center #1 pool, making it convenient to shuffle kids to and from for naps and mealtimes. We hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Overall we enjoyed Beachy Keen. Love NSB! The lock to the gate to the beach broke our first day, maybe from the wind, and wasn't properly repaired while we were there. View from the balcony was ok, but not what we envisioned. Awesome washer and dryer! Nice decor, comfortable furniture, although master bed could improve"

"Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!"

"We've stayed in this unit several times. Like location and NSB small town atmosphere. Would recommend non fabric living room furniture. Fabric cannot be cleaned like other types of material. Perhaps washable furniture covers or new easily cleanable furniture."

"Our second stay in this building, we had an oceanfront one bedroom condo that sits back bit still facing the ocean. We really liked it because of the quiet location of this co do in the building. Facility was perfect, no issues with anything, the location is so close to everything, groceries, bars, restaurants, and quick access to highway to travel to sights out of town the host Tricia was wonderful and answered questions immediately. "Very nice area and property. Clean, modern condo that slept 5 adult women comfortably. Had everything that we needed! The beach was clean and fairly quiet for this time of year. Convenient grocery store, liquor store, breakfast restaurant and Italian/pizzeria right across the street. Will definitely stay here again."

"Not bad for the price! We liked the 2nd floor because it was quiet. The stairs were ok. We could see the ocean but there is a condo building right next door so the balcony is not at all private and we didn't spend time out there. The heated pool was great! A nice amenity in early Feb! We never had an issue with finding parking. We found the door code system to be easy. There were absolutely no toiletries in this condo other than half empty liquid hand soaps and dish soap and 1/2 a roll of toilet...

"We stayed for 4 nights during spring break with our 4 teenagers. It was the perfect place. Very clean, close to everything, and the pool and beach were great. The host was very quick to respond to the questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!"

"It was a beautiful little condo. Nothing fancy but for my boyfriend and i it was perfect. Came with 2 beds and a small tv. It was right outside the pool area which was actually really nice and a little pourch of your own. Glad we booked with coastal waters. Thank you for a nice stay."

"Had a wonderful time at New Smyrna Waves. Our unit was clean and perfect for our girls' weekend. We felt safe and were able to walk to a restaurant right near us or take a 10 minute drive to many other restaurants. The pool was awesome (so clean for being right on the beach!). The area was very quiet at night. Would highly recommend New Smyrna Waves"
