Come and enjoy the sunny Florida style that this gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath condo has to offer. The living area features plenty of space and seating for family and friends to get together, with two large sofas and two accent chairs. The dining area can host up to six guests at the dining table and three guests at the breakfast bar. You may also enjoy a nice meal outdoors on the screened-in balcony off of the living area. The balcony offers a large farmhouse-style table with seating for six and two chairs with an ottoman. The fully equipped kitchen offers all your cooking essentials including a drip coffee pot and plenty of cooking and bakeware.

Relax after a long day at the beach in the spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed and a smart TV, a large walk-in closet, and a private entrance to the balcony. The private master bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed and full-size dresser and the third bedroom offers two queen-size beds and a large dresser. Enjoy a nice sunny day at the beach with a beach cart, chairs, towels, and kids' beach toys that are offered.

The Ocean Walk complex offers an unparalleled lifestyle for the discerning individual. Located on the south end of New Smyrna's beachside and on the west side of A1A, this luxury complex is only steps away from the breathtaking seashore of the Atlantic Ocean, a car-free stretch of beach. With the best amenities around, the Ocean Walk complex features 2 fitness facilities, 2 pools, 2 spas, 2 lighted tennis courts, 2 shuffleboard courts, a lighted basketball hoop, 2 clubhouses, a bar-b-que area, a fire pit, and nature trails.

The Ocean Walk complex is located right across the street from the car-free beach. Centrally located in New Smyrna Beach the Ocean Walk is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only 2-miles south of the Ocean Walk complex. Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

Shopping and dining are a must while in New Smyrna Beach. One-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques can be found within a short drive on 3rd Avenue, Flagler Avenue, and Historic Canal Street. Art galleries can be found throughout town making New Smyrna one of the best small art towns in the country.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.
