The penthouse and view were perfect. The sunrise was magical and it was so much fun to watch the surfers every morning. There were wonderful restaurants within walking distance and the staff at the complex was extremely helpful. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Perfect beach getaway

We live in south Florida but are from Daytona Beach so coming back to the area was our goal and New Smyrna Beach has the perfect beach town atmosphere. This unit is the perfect level for sitting on the balcony watching the day and pelicans go by. Owner is super to work with and the unit has great decor. Highly recommend you stay here
