Easy access ground floor unit close to parking lot, conveniently located to all NSB has to offer

Ocean Reef Villas is a small family-oriented 48 unit complex. It is conveniently located near the heart of New Smyrna. It is 1 mile from Flagler Avenue which has several boutique shops, bars, restaurants, wine walks and frequent festivities. It is about 3 miles from Canal Street, another great area to shop, eat and drink (check out the local brewery). There are multiple marinas nearby for boat rentals.
Ocean Reef has a large outdoor pool that is heated in the winter with a long covered area for shade. There is a kiddie pool for the the little ones as well as a shuffleboard court. There is a large clubhouse that can be reserved for private functions (reservations are made through the office and at their discretion). There is an outside grill for communal use by the clubhouse for all you BBQ fans.
The bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with a TV and 2 closets. There is a large open kitchen fully stocked for your cooking convenience. There is a living/dining room with a table and 4 chairs, a TV and 2 futons that open up to serve as extra double beds. The Unit is equipped with Cable as well as WiFi. There is a full size washer and dryer. The patio is very large and L shaped with a deck box for beach toys, as well as, beach chairs and an umbrella. There is a high top table and 4 chairs with a view of the ocean, a perfect spot for morning breakfast and coffee. Binoculars are provided for the often sighted dolphins. Please note: Our unit is next to the tennis courts which are rarely used (see photo).
This is the perfect vacation spot for anyone that needs to get away from it all and enjoy the quaint offerings of beach life in New Smyrna.

Awesome spot in NSB

This was an amazing property in NSB. It had everything we could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and toys, extra bedding and plenty of room. The condo was decorated just like a Florida get away should be! I can’t wait to return, until next year!

Great location

Nice property in a great location in NSB. Beachfront, walkable to shopping and restaurants nearby. Well-equipped condo.It is worth noting that at high tide, the beach is quite narrow with a lot of the available real estate taken up by cars that are allowed to drive and park on the beach. The rest of the beach is still wet from the tide water. If you like to lie on a towel instead of sit in a chair on the beach, expect to get wet.
