Newly renovated from top to bottom! Brand new wood look tile flooring, new ceiling and ceiling fans, new AC unit, the whole condo is freshly painted, new stairs, etc... 2 Story Condo in the HIGHLY desirable Pelican. Sleeps up to 6. Every amenity you could want for you and your family. Enjoy the Pelicans flying right by the balcony as you sip your coffee and enjoy the ocean views. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves at night in your brand-new top floor master bedroom suite (no upstairs neighbors!) Both bedrooms are upstairs, each have their own shiny new bathrooms and walk in showers. All linens and towels are there for you to use as well as some bathroom essentials.
Fully stocked kitchen with anything anyone could need or want at the beach. Brand new granite, appliances, dishes, towels, etc.. Living room has a big screen smart tv with cable and separate stereo speakers (internet is also provided). The new furniture in the living room boasts two super comfy leather reclining chairs and a pullout queen size couch. There is also a dining table with four chairs and chairs at the kitchen bar as well. The unit is stocked with many games and puzzles for your enjoyment as well as beach chairs, toys, and beach essentials. Both floors are ocean front with 2 different balconies, walk right out to the world famous New Smyrna beach right from your pool deck, two ocean front pools ( one heated), outdoor propane grills, shuffleboard, and plenty of outdoor oceanfront seating with umbrellas! Walking distance to Flagler Ave where you will find the most adorable local shops and restaurants. Family owned.

This is the second time our family has stayed at this condo. It is absolutely wonderful! The views are incredible, the furniture and decor are beautiful, and the pools were awesome! The owner has great communication, and has provided everything needed for an awesome beach vacation! I highly recommend this condo, and we will be staying there again!

GREAT TOWNHOUSE AND LOCATION

Great place to stay!

We came here after my daughter played in a volleyball tournament and it was perfect. It is just as advertised and we had a great view of the ocean. Having two floors, with bedrooms upstairs, also worked well for us. We plan to come back next year.

This was the most incredible vacation. The property was absolutely outstanding, not only clean and furnished beautifully but equipped better than our own home.The owner was so responsive to any queries , responding within a very short period to resolve any questions.There were not very many. Amazing!!

This property was one of the best we've stayed in! It was very clean, great decor, wonderful view of the ocean, plently of space and had everything we needed for our beach vacation (beach towels, cooler, beach bag, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys). I loved that the bedrooms were upstairs for the early to bed/early risers. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the nicest properties that we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very homey. The view from the balcony was awesome, enjoyed spending time out on it. The property owner were wonderful to deal with. Would recommend highly to family and friends.

Girls trip

Look no further if you want a beautiful place to stay with the perfect location. This is it! The kitchen is well stocked. My girlfriends and I love this condo which is why it’s our third stay and we’re headed back in October. Plenty of room for hanging out relaxing or sitting out on the balcony enjoying the incredible view. Watch out for the daily visits from the pelicans. And you are only a quick walk down to the beach or pool. The host Brandi is on top of communication so no worries there. Beautiful Condo - Amazing Views

I've been coming to New Smyrna Beach my entire life. This is my new favorite spot. The views are amazing. Pelicans fly right by the window. The unit was clean, newly renovated, with all the amenities. The biggest thing for me was a comfortable bed. I have terrible arthritis in my hips and I can't stand when I rent a place with a cheap, hard bed. It ruins my vacation. We spent 4 days out at Rockville plus beaching it up during the day so I was SORE. I woke up feeling rested and refreshed each day. That is a big plus in my book. That alone will make me want to rent here again and recommend this listing. Host was responsive and kind. Parking was a breeze. Check in and check out was smooth. Had a great time, thank you Brandi!

Heaven on NSB

The condo is beautifully appointed with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. If you’re wanting to save money by cooking your own meals, there are plenty of kitchen utensils/pots/pans etc to work with. The property itself is also quite nice. My husband and I enjoyed lounging on the pool deck closest to the ocean and just relaxing to the sounds of the waves crashing on shore. Hoping to stay again.

Family Vacation

Stopped by for a few days after a travel basketball tournament in Orlando. The property was exactly what we expected from the reviews and pictures. Perfect for relaxation and rest. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds slept great! Very comfortable. Great condo for our family of 4!

Great Oceanfront Condo

The condo is just as advertised. Very nice, clean, with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. Other than a glitch with the elevator not working the first day of our stay and some coooler than normal weather (which obviously cannot be controlled by the condo owner) the entire week was great!
