Cozy spot

The place is compact, perfect for two people, The updatesthey made to the interior are all top notch. The pool is very nice and right outside the sliding doors. It even has a washer and dryer.We had a very nice stay.

As advertised...

The condo is as shown in the photos. We found it to be clean and well stocked. Booking was easy, efficient and courteous. The property is older and quiet. I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with a stay at this unit.

A great home away from home!

What a wonderful place to spend a week at NSB! The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The patio and viewing deck were wonderful spots to sit and enjoy the sun, pool, beach and ocean! The owners and staff at Colony Beach Club all made us feel welcome and I'm sure would have been available if we needed them, but everything was so perfect, there was no need to ask for anything. Everything you need, you will find here. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely beach home!

This was our first time staying in the Colony Beach Club condo and we would definitely go back. the accommodations in this 1 BR 1 bath are top notch and you can tell the owners took great care when it came to their renovation. I'm guessing this unit is one of best looking and most updated in the complex. The pool is steps away from the porch and then the beach is a stones throw from there. Just across the street is a dollar general market with most of your needs. Two thumbs up!

Awesome Stay

We arrived with high expecations after receiving great customer service by Chris and the CBC staff- Jennifer in particular. We were not disappointed. The unit is immaculate and is every bit as nice as the photos reflect. The grounds ,pools and sundeck areas were all well maintained. This resort was also quiet,inside and out. The perfect place for R & R ! Like most , we enjoy eating out (or a great take away!) occasionally while on vacation . There are many good places close by. I would add The Sea Shack (check out the all -ages dine early specials ) to those already mentioned as well as Crabby Chris' and Mi Mexico. I would definately recommend to anyone seeking turn key accomodations on a stunning beach !

Super nice and clean condo.

Stocked with all you need to get going. The only problem I have is keeping air at 75. No way would I rent this in the hot summer months with such a requirement. I had to keep going to sit under a fan trying to get ready in January and no way would I do this in July! Not comfortable sleeping either. Perhaps it is time for a new a/c unit.

Problem

Property was very nice until there was a water leak in the bathroom that smelled like sewer. Plumber was sent after first call to maintenance, but 2 days later the same problem occurred. Spoke to Tom in maintenance the day before we checked out, he said he would let me know if problem was taken care of. Have not heard a word from him, and found out renters moved in same day we left. I feel we should have some compensation for the inconvenience.

Excellent location and Beautiful Condo

We recently returned home from our stay in this condo located in New Smyrna Beach. The location was perfect, being directly on the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating at the Colony 19 Beach Club. The condo was beautiful with updated appliances and furniture, extremely clean and very peaceful. We will certainly return in the furture!

Getaway in new symurna

Stayed there twice. Love location and has everything needed for stay. We love access to birding and nature, good restaurants, and right on the beach for morning walks. Got to see rocket launch from our beach!

Great Condo and Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this cute condo! The location is hard to beat. We loved being on the non-drive side of the beach. The condo had everything we needed, and it was convenient to be on the first floor. The condo was clean, we had everything we needed, all of the beach gear, toys, and even a washer and dryer. New Smyrna Beach is a hidden gem and I hope it states this way.

Relaxing time

Lovely condo, great location.

Lovely condo, great community feel, very friendly atmosphere. Kitchen was well equipped, and we needed it as unfortunately we arrived just as the Corona virus started to result in restaurant and business closures. Fortunately this condo was like home away from home, there was plenty to do, games, TVs, dvd and games. However, all we had to do was open our patio door and voila, there was the pool. Turn to your right and steps away are the steps (unfortunately the stairs were under repair) to the amazing, non drive beach. Walking this beach is easy, it’s flat and wide. Even in this uncertain time, we felt safe, condo was welcoming and the beach our therapy. We will be back.

4th of July Vacation

This rental property provided the ideal vacation spot for our week at New Smyrna Beach. The condo is beautiful and makes great use of space. The owners have thought of every detail and comfort. You are right outside the pool and a short walk to the ocean. The property is well maintained and staff was very friendly. We were very impressed with the ease in booking the property and the communication with the owner. We will definitely be back to rent this property again!
