Enjoy shuffleboard at Chateau by the Sea during your stay. The court can be found on the far right of the complex if you’re coming from the parking lot.

About Chateau by the Sea

Chateau by the Sea has so much to offer you on your stay! Catch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean from the bulkhead, spend your time poolside basking in the sun, or walk the beach to feel the sand under your feet. In addition, our beautifully landscaped courtyard has lush grass, palm trees, and blooming tropical plants. Our large grassy area separates the pool from the units and the beach is just steps away! The unique ‘U’ shape of the complex gives a very private, homey feeling.

New Smyrna Beach is a stunning barrier island nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River in Central Florida. It boasts an impressive 13-mile stretch of pristine sandy beaches, making it a haven for water enthusiasts. If you're feeling adventurous, New Smyrna is renowned as the surfing capital of Florida, where you can catch some waves or watch skilled locals ride the big ones near the jetties. For a more relaxed beach day, you can frolic in the surf, collect seashells, or build sandcastles with your family.

Fishing enthusiasts will also find their paradise here. Ponce de Leon Inlet provides an excellent starting point for deep-sea fishing adventures, while those who prefer staying closer to the shore can try their hand at fishing the Florida saltwater flats, renowned for the famous red fish of Mosquito Lagoon.

New Smyrna offers a diverse array of experiences while keeping its historic small-town charm.
