This professionally decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit is located on the 1st floor. Walk right out the sliding glass door from the living room into the courtyard/pool/beach. The unit is well lit and bright, with a new 55” LG Smart TV, a DVD player with DVDs, cable TV, as well as board games and cards for your enjoyment. There is high speed Wi-Fi in the unit for your smart devices as well as AC and humidity control.
The living room has a pull-out couch with a queen premium memory foam mattress, two chairs and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen has all new cupboards, granite counter tops, microwave, ice maker, disposal, dishwasher, toaster oven, 12 cup coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a full set of dishes and glass/plastic wine glasses, beer koozies, BBQ utensils for outdoor grilling, electric can opener and plenty of cookware. The dining room table has a leaf to expand the table and six chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32” TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and large closet with blankets and extra pillows. The master bath has a granite countertop, raised toilet, hair dryer and bathtub.
​​​​​​​The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and closet with an ironing board and iron, extra blankets, and pillows. There are also beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards and beach towels for your use. The 2nd bathroom has a granite countertop, raised toilet, hair dryer and a shower with glass doors. The patio has four cushioned chairs and a round table. Come and enjoy the ultimate beach holiday in this stunning unit.

Castle Reef

Perfect location for a family. We were able to go from pool/beach to condo with ease. The condo was well equipped and just as pictures showed. My only complaint would the job of the cleaning crew. The recyling was left from the people before us, the floors were dirty and there were tissues etc. left under the bed from pervious renters. Again, not the fault of the owner but hoping the cleaning crew could be more efficient for future renters.

Great for families

We chose this condo because of the location and amenities. It was conveniently located in NSB. It is right on the beach, however you do have to go down the road a little ways to access the beach through one of the public access points. The condo was well stocked with everything you could think of including coolers, beach chairs, kitchen items, etc. It was pretty clean when we arrived and well stocked with cleaning supplies should you need to clean on your own. The management company was super responsive to any questions we had and anything we needed during our stay. The pool area was nice and seems to be open year round. We misunderstood the listing, but to clarify, the washer and dryer are not in the unit, but are located in a central location on each floor (5/load).

A wonderful time in Florida!

We really enjoyed staying at Castle Reef. It was great to have a condo on the first floor as it provided easy access to the pool and the beach. The condo had plenty of room and was well stocked. The location also was very close to shopping and the central New Smyrna. One of best experiences ever!

50th anniversary

We originally were put in room 107 but that was blocked off because of painting -after my call they moved us to 125 which was perfect. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids, it was a great time.

We enjoyed the condo very much. The upgraded kitchen countertops and cabinets as well as the bathroom countertops are very nice. The condo was very clean and the necessary items (parking pass, property access wristbands and internet sign on) were available just as we were told they'd be. The condo was decorated in a beach theme which was very nice.

Last minute Vacation

Our family of 6 came down from Virginia on a last minute trip due to unforeseen circumstances. The place was very nice, great location, short walk to ocean and the pool was very clean and overlooked the ocean. We needed an extra frying pan and hand soap and it was delivered in a few hours. Beds were comfortable, place was clean and there were even some beach accessories that we used. The only negative was they only provide 1 toilet paper roll and one paper towel roll, so bring your own.

Great condo

We have stayed at Castlereef many times over the past 30+ years This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Really comfy and very well equipped. Grounds are nicely kept. Can walk right out to the pool from this condo. NSB reality are excellent to work with. Answered all questions promptly. FYI if your a donut lover like me don't walk,run across the street to the Bakers table. On weekends only Friday-Sun they do a small batch of one flavor each day. Sunday is limoncello. One of the best donuts I've ever had!
