Walk 2 minutes to Flagler Avenue featuring shops, boutiques, one-of-a-kind dining experiences, art galleries, and the area's nightlife! The beach is only 450ft away so you'll be dipping your toes in the refreshing Atlantic waters in no time! You will love it here!

The Bikini Bottom is perfect for small families, couples, or multiple families traveling together as the upstairs duplex, Bikini Top, is also available for rent! Rent them separately or together! The shared pool area offers a tropical oasis for all to enjoy including a paved pool deck lounge chairs, and outside gas bar-b-que area. Bask in the sun or enjoy the shade under the sunshade as you take in the sounds of the ocean nearby.

As you enter Bikini Bottom you will be welcomed with a seaside feel that will delight you! Beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings, the living room features a large smart TV and sliders to the pool area. With easy access to the pool, you'll be relaxing in the Florida sun in no time! The fully equipped kitchen features everything you'll need to prepare a poolside bar-b-que!

After a fun-filled day at the beach, take a siesta in the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed. The 2nd bedroom features 2 twins. The full bath features a tub/shower, hair dryer, and luxury bath towels.

Great Location to Everything New Smyrna

Couldn't be better located to Flagler street, restaurants, and the beach. Property is newly refurbished and very clean. Only thing to be mindful of is the top of the unit rents as well. Overall a great experience with this rental company and property.

We’ve been going to NSB for the last 14 years every year for the same time. We’ve generally stayed in the same place year after year. They continue to raise their prices so we tried something new and glad we did! The place was just as described, super convenient, great location and our own pool!! Great option! It was a little challenging with one bathroom at times but we made it work!
