Beautifully redecorated 2 bedroom condo in quiet section of town

Complex, in most desirable north beach area of New Smyrna Beach, has elevator access, swimming pool, BBQ's, fire pit, tennis courts, fishing from boat dock and beach access across the street. Walking distance to state park boardwalk. Second floor unit newly decorated with views of Intercoastal, sunsets and mangroves from screened lanai. King bed in master with 2 twins in guest room which can be made into a king. Master has walk-in closet. All new kitchen appliances (refrig, microwave, electric range, dishwasher) fully equipped with everything you will need. 65" flat screen TV in living room and 37" TV in master bedroom. A/C, Wifi, cable with HBO included. Ceiling fans in every room including lanai. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas in unit. Watch dolphins play from our boat dock. Drive-on beach access close by.

Great location and Villa was exactly as pictured. Perfect!

We liked the quiet location and the view of the inlet. The Villa was well stocked and the appliances were new. Worked out well for us. Great communication with owner and the property manager was very helpful!
