This beach front property has 2 large pools and direct beach access to the non drive section of New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy morning walks at sunrise, enjoy afternoon wave riding and swims in the pool, enjoy cookouts at the pool patio area, play ball or just picnic in the grass area, play shuffleboard, sit and have a morning coffee or evening cocktail on the ocean view patio, take a 1 hour drive to Disney World, Universal Studios or other theme parks in Orlando.

Boating and fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, camping on spoil islands in the Halifax River, paddle Spruce Creek, hike the boardwalk across the rolling dunes in Smyrna Dunes Park, and when your timing is right, a front row seat to rocket launches at the Kennedy Space Center.
