About this property

2 bedroom beach condo in New Smyrna Beach

  • Welcome to my beach condo just a block from the beach! My peaceful condo is on the ground floor, steps from the heated pool. Enjoy 3 community pools, 2 clubhouses, a fitness center, shuffleboard, pickleball & tennis courts, a sauna, beach gear, and 2 bikes. The beach is in a “no drive” zone. The lovely Sea Woods community spans 50+ acres of oak trees, dunes, and scenic trails. I rarely rent this condo—it’s our well cared for family’s beach home, not a typical beach rental.
