Start the day watching the sunrise from your large balcony overlooking the inviting pool and Atlantic Ocean. Spend a restful night on the Beautyrest king sized bed in this 2nd floor easy to access beach getaway. Extra sleeping in living room on two full length sofas one of which is a queen sleeper.

You can dine out directly across the street at the restaurants or pick up some groceries right there also from the shopping plaza. Prepare some snacks or a full course meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

The beach itself is great for walking or bike riding as cars have been 'banned from the sand' year-round it in his section to preserve its natural appeal. More shops, fun pubs and restaurants can be found beachside two miles north on historic Flagler Avenue.

Our complex has gone through a major restoration project completed a few years ago. This undertaking took 2 years from the start.

Inside the unit there are new kitchen appliances, cabinets, counter tops and has been freshly painted. Also, with new large screen TV's. Enjoy the view from the balcony on the new top of the line bar height furnishings.

Great Place to Stay

Spouse & I went to New Smyrna Beach for a wedding. We loved Castle Reef & our beach access. Close to great restaurants too! We highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing stay.

This is a nice property and location. I found places to hike and kayak, saw a satellite launch, swam in the ocean and pool. There were many good places to eat.

A perfect place to stay in NSB

We couldn’t have been happier or more comfortable! The view from our balcony was great and the property is so well kept. Very easy to get to all the fun on Flagler and close to restaurants and shopping. 5 stars!

Wonderful time away!

My visit to NSB was a lovely trip down memory lane as my parents had a condo here many years ago. There were so many wonderful family memories made here! Staying in Don’s condo was a wonderful opportunity for me to reflect on many things! The condo was perfect and Don was ALWAYS available to answer any questions! I will definitely stay here again! My husband & I had a great 4 night stay in this large comfortable 1 bedroom condo. We started out each morning sitting on the balcony looking at the pool & the ocean drinking our coffee. Beautifully maintained grounds & vegetation added to our pleasure. We would gladly stay here again if we visit NSB.

Don’s Condo

We loved this condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The view was fantastic and Castle Reef is a well maintained complex. Don was very responsive to all my questions. The only downside was the Fire alarm inspection which lasted 2 days. But the weather was perfect so we didn’t spend much time indoors and Don informed us of this when we checked in I would highly recommend this unit !!

Perfect relaxing getaway location

Location was absolutely perfect. The no drive beach was a definite win. The unit was very clean and had everything we could ever imagine needing including beach towels, chairs and umbrella for the beach. The deck was awesome for morning coffee and sunset card games. We had all our check in instructions plenty early which was nice because then it was one less thing for me to stress over as I was getting ready. I am definitely ready to come back and would 100% rebook the same unit.

NSB fun

We've stayed in this unit several times. Like location and NSB small town atmosphere. Would recommend non fabric living room furniture. Fabric cannot be cleaned like other types of material. Perhaps washable furniture covers or new easily cleanable furniture.

Just as described

Castle reef is a nice little condo complex, the condo was clean, there was beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board , and a cooler! Fridge has ice machine on the door. The view from the balcony was nice, you can sit in the balcony and see the ocean. The pool area was clean, keyless entry easy to use. Plenty of towels to use, beach towels too. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with and plenty of dishes and silverware. We had a great stay and highly recommend this condo. Owner gave good information on condo details. I loved the bathroom picture, condo decor was fun, bed was comfy. You need to stop by Mon Delice bakery when you stay here.

Florida Beach Relaxation at its Finest!

For a little three-night "vacation snack", we visited New Smyrna Beach, and this was the perfect accommodation! Well appointed, Everything is pristine, with some bottled water and a few cans of beer nice and cold waiting for us in the fridge! The bed was super comfy, as was the living room furniture. We felt so at home! Outside, the pool area was so nice! So many lounge chairs and tables, and the beach is "no drive" so we could walk right down and hang out whereever we wanted. There is a little shopping center right across the street with everything you'd need to stock the fridge and the pantry...an ice cream parlor, pizza/Italian restaurant and another very nice restaurant that offers brunch on the weekends! We would definitely come back and also recommend to our friends and family.

The condo was in a fantastic location. It was pristine. The property was quiet and had a fabulous view. This has been our favorite place to stay in our last 3 years visiting New Smyrna Beach. I will definitely look here again for our next stay!

The condo was spacious, well-equipped and clean. We were happy with everything- the super comfy bed, balcony with ocean view, tons of coat hangers(it’s all in the details), and easy beach access. We would love to stay again.
