Great accommodation in New Plymouth

Wonderful property below kitchen bathroom store. It had some really neat fittings! The mirror in the bathroom was amazing. Only complaint is that it needs one more chair in the living area so all 4 guests can sit comfortably.

Handy apartment on the edge of New Plymouth CBD.

Different to many apartments we have stayed in. Thought has gone into the styling and presentation and is very individual.

Quiet, clean and close to CBD

Seems to tick all the boxes. Being under the shop was a little concerning but didn't notice anyone above or in the unit below. Quiet, clean! Very good, Very steep driveway, but easy enough to get in and out.

Looks nice but ...

This property has been thoughtfully furnished and is in quite a central location. Unfortunately the property felt dirty - the floors were sticky in the bathroom and kitchen, and the furniture was dusty. The stairs to the apartment were steep and difficult to manage with a suitcase. The entrance to the car park was tricky and narrow and the damage done to my car a wheel went off the narrow pathway cost me thousands of dollars. I regret choosing this property for my stay.

Location incorrect and Manager aggressive and untruths

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Advertised as 5 min stroll to all CBD attractions yet even on Google it is 20mins. No dishwashing equipment for hand washing and no tablets for machine. Sent a text saying this and they were delivered however it was reviewed that I demanded and treated her staff like slaves. Even reported that they were in the apartment after we left but two of us searched the whole apartment more than once. This was a straight our liar. I explained another issue we had trouble with in New Plymouth that I though being a manager of 100 properties she would be interested in for the future and she told me not to be disrespectful.
