The room was clean. The building manager was absolutely incredible as were every member of his staff that we encountered. He went out of his way to help us with additional cooking utensiles were needed, and was gracious to quickly locate and delivery an arm chair for the living area after my 74 year old mother tore her meniscus. He also sent up a repairman to unstick a corroded tub faucet diverter so that I could take a bath. The TV in the living area had serious issues with contrast and color adjustments where the picture was extremely dark and almost a purple cast that signaled it was near the end of it's life.

Only 10-15 minute walk to The French Quarter. The suite was spacious and very clean and the furniture and bed was modern and super comfortable. Only complaint is the woman working at the front was not very nice and a bit rude.

The Building itself holds a great location. Seamless check -in process and even updating the Reservation is super simple. The Units come fully equipped with all things one would need to live comfortably. Will stay here again!

We'll Be Back!

We were in town for our annual Bayou Classic family weekend. The location, cleanliness, distance from all of our activities, & price met our expectations. We had a recurring hiccup both nights of stay...we had to wait in excess of 45 minutes to get into our room because the access code would not work and had to keep being reset. Overall, we had a great stay and have already planned to book here again next year. We'll also look into staying here when in NOLA for other upcoming events.

A beautiful and well presented property in a great location for walking and or using the public transport in/to the French and Garden Districts. Only downside is the bedroom closest to the road is quite noisy with street sounds. Other than that, it’s great accommodation and the host had excellent communication.

Felt like home

We stay there for stay in New Orleans. It was a nice and clean. The rooms were very nice. It was perfect for our family of 7. The only "bad things" was the water and ice on the fridge did not work. And the only other con was the windows were pretty thin so we could hear alm the traffic and sirens all hrs of the day

The property is in the not too busy end of the French Quarter which is great because you are close enough to walk to all the action but also far away from the noise and commotion. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The virtual check-in was perfect as all the instructions and information was sent to your phone. Even though no one is on site help is only a phone call away with speedy services.

The condo unit is very nice. Great job with kitchen, bath, bed supplies! Spacious and clean, nice quality appliances. The rest of the building was a downgrade and needs better housekeeping and modernization. Immediate location felt a bit desolate for at-ease traveler walking and sightseeing. Ok with a group but not advisable for a lone female especially at night.

Clean and affordable, and 15 min walk from sights

Great experience. The condo was much nicer than a hotel and to our surprise it was also cheaper. Located so close to Bourbon St and other attractions we ended up being able to leave my vehicle in a secure parking garage and walk everywhere. Updated and clean kitchen and bathroom. Went to NO for the National WW2 Musuem, which was only a 8 min drive. I personally dont care to much for the city, but the condo made it a wonderful stay. Definetly would stay here again.
