"I would highly recommend doing more research on all they have to offer. I feel we missed out on some really great things just because I didn’t fully look into it. That was of my own fault. The kids loved the pool. We have done said we will definitely be back so they can enjoy the outside one as well. We went during off season. Everyone was very inviting and friendly."

"The staff was first rate, from the check-in desk to the breakfast folk. The hotel was very clean, the decor was perfect, but the breakfast was mediocre when compared to other "breakfast included" hotels I've visited recently. The parking is very limited around the hotel and you park across the street in a gated park. My only real complaint is that the ice machine was right across the hall from us and it rumbled, grunted, wheezed and gurgled loudly all night...all night! Don't be expecting a mountain view...all rooms that I peeked into had a view of a road, either the "main drag" in town, or in our case, the hotel parking lot. Great location, loved the walkability. And again the decor and the staff are terrific. Loved all the towels and the bathroom amenities. The water pressure was fierce...almost felt like a pressure washer. Had a great time! Thanks!"

"I was pleasantly surprised. It was a last minute booking for a place to stay before check in our cabin the next day and honestly I would have enjoyed staying there the entire time instead of the cabin. The pool and hot tub were indoors and were open 24 hours. They had a movie night and popcorn for the families until 10 PM. It was really nice. It was comfy and cozy in the entrance and complementary breakfast. I really enjoyed our short day and the next time I’m there I will definitely be coming to stay again."

"It was great, plenty of good food without even having to drive, a lot of different shopping stores, great hotel and everyone was very helpful. Very clean room, Staff was great, Great outdoor pool on Top Roof. My childhood girlfriend and I was able to relax and not worry about anything just catching up of life and talking about out childhood. Would highly recommend Margaritaville Island Hotel. Just need to remember to account for these couple of additional added fees. Gated self parking, $10.00 + tax per day and Destination Fee $20.00 + tax per day. "The hotel was awesome! While not new, the room was updated and very clean. Two sinks are available, one inside the bathroom and the other just outside the bathroom. The only drawback would be for families with young children; the bathtub had been replaced with a walk-in shower, which was ideal for seniors. The private balcony overlooking the river was relaxing. The area for the Continental breakfast is not large, but the buffet offers a good selection and was well maintained. Located on S River Road, the hotel sits a block off the parkway so it's very quiet, but still handy to all the attractions. I would definitely stay there again!"

"It was a really easy check in only downsides where they were doing some renovations, and to be honest it was a little bit of a rough crowd if you know what I'm saying but I guess that's what you get with the cheaper hotel, other than that it was pretty good."
