"Dust in vent over bed in room"

"Room was dirty I could tell it was not cleaned or disinfected properly after previous check out… only bed were made… pool was also very dirty water was extremely cloudy."

"had a great time the smoking rooms even or a smoker are horrible felt like i was dying inhaling all that cigarette smoke but once i went to a non smoking room it was great beautiful hotel not much for kids but still wanted my kids to stay at a nice hotel they loved the pool wasn't much else for the kids but i did enjoy my time there"

"The rooms are great, very clean. The casino was nice although very hard to win. It went down the street at Tropicana and won more. But upon arrival at hotel, I was told that my reservation to Hotels.com was no good and they charged me 500 non-extra for that I had had reserved since January. I was very frustrated. I felt like the staff sometimes did not speak English and was very rude. I will not be staying at the hard rock again."

"Hotel was okay. Room was overall clean but found hair accessories that didn't belong to us. Beds were comfortable. Long line to check in, express kiosks not working. Poor maintenance causing me to fall and sprain ankle. Would have been nice if they followed up."

"Honestly, I do not recommend it. The hotel is poorly maintained, and the rooms are a nightmare. I was even afraid to sleep in that bed. There isn’t even a telephone to contact the front desk. The floor was dirty, and the nightstand looked like it had been picked up at a garage sale—I didn’t even want to touch it for fear it might fall apart. The lamps had burned-out bulbs. I do not recommend it at all."

"Overall our stay was good. Parking was easy and affordable. I felt like the casino could use an upgrade as far as the carpets and overall look. Was dated and dingy. Our room was partially updated. When we opened the mini fridge to put our things in, housekeeping forgot to clean out the previous guests items which was pretty gross. The bathroom is stuck in the late 80s/90s complete with a phone on the wall. It too was dingy and needed a deep cleaning. It was cleaned for use but needed a good deep cleaning of the walls and floors. The bed pillows were terrible and the linens were thin and didn’t keep you warm through the night. Kind of expected a little more since they updated the main part of the room. The staff was very friendly."
