New England Apart Hotels

"I love how close our stay was to everything within the town, it brought a combination of calm, adventure and joy, within walking distance. The staff are welcoming and the community that Perry st Hotel sits in makes it even more the reason to stay. This is our second stay here in the library suite and it was exceptional, room cleaned daily a home away from home and definetly brought a sense of calm to our very busy life."

"We had the most amazing stay here in a 3 bedroom house. It was very large and great for entertaining as we also had some family staying at Peppers. Will be back again."

When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and appear old and worn, with little care or maintenance. There is also a serious maintenance issue in the upstairs bathroom, with...

"Rooms were tidy, staff were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Pet friendly rooms. Air conditioning. Easy to get to Newcastle and close to shopping center. Spa bath was broken and staff moved us into another spa room. Renovations and construction at the premises while we were there, noise and sight did not affect our stay. Parking can be an issue."

"Professional"

"Best and clean place to stay and enjoy Newcastle!"
