All staff were friendly and professional. Rooms and all communal spaces were spotless. Our car to the airport was already waiting for us as we came down to check out. "Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb. The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time."
