Los puntos fuertes son : Excelente ubicación, buen trato al cliente, y la terraza especial para las fotos de los globos... y los puntos débiles: me había inclinado por el hotel por las recomendaciones del desayuno y la verdad no se me hizo nada espectacular, solo bueno y la limpieza del cuarto se hace muy tarde.

Bir sonraki seyahatte yine aynı tercih.
Bir sonraki tercihimiz yine aynısı olacak. İlk defa gittiğimiz için biraz endişemiz vardı. Ancak otele geç vakitte varmamıza rağmen, ilgiyle karşılandık ve sorunsuzca girişimiz yapıldı. Oda, lavabo, yataklar fazlasıyla temiz ve hijyenikti. Odada klima ve televizyon mevcuttu. Odada yeterince su, çay, kahve, meyve çayı vardı. Sabah balonları izlediğimiz ve kahvaltımızı yaptığımız terası da muazzamdı. Ayrıca personellerin tamamı ilgili ve güleryüzlülerdi. Hee yönüyle 5 üzerinden 10 hakkettiler.

Büyük mağduriyet
Otelin dolu olduğunu söylediler. Konaklayamadım o yüzden konaklama ile ilgili yorum yapmayacağım. Ancak hem hotels tarafından hem de otel tarafından mağdur edilmiş oldum. O saatten sonra başka otel de bulamadım. O kadar yol gidip bu mağduriyet yüzünden hayal kırıklıklarıyla geri dönmek zorunda kaldık. Mağduriyetimiz giderilmedi.

Struttura nuova e bellissima. Ha una terrazza meravigliosa aperta a tutte le ore (anche per improvvisati aperitivi fai da te) da cui godersi lo splendido spettacolo delle mongolfiere e il panorama di Göreme.
Staff accogliente e disponibile.
Da consigliare assolutamente.

daha iyi olabilir.
güzel olan şeyleri anlatmaya gerek yok ama daha iyi olması için eksiklerden bahsedeceğim;
oda rezervasyonumuz 2 tek yatak ve 1 büyük yataklı bir oda olmasına rağmen 4 tek yataklı oda verildi. 2 gece konaklamalı idi, ikinci gece için düzeltilebileceği ama ilk gece için bir şey yapılamayacağı söylendi.
201 nolu oda lavabo gideri tıkalı ve yavaş gidiyor.
odada internet yok. modem var ama internete erişmiyor.
oda temizliği eksik yapıldı. tuvalet çöpü alınmamıştı.
otel görevlisinin lobide koltukta uyuması şık gözükmüyor.

Camera pulita e spaziosa, gestori simpatici e disponibili. Ottima terrazza per vedere le mongolfiere all’alba.
Posizione perfetta e colazione ricca. Suggerisco l’inserimento della cassaforte per una maggiore confortevolezza.

Otel yeni ve tertemizdi. Konumu çok çok iyi, merkeze 2dk yürüyerek ulaşabilirsiniz. Kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Otelin terasında balonları seyredebilirsiniz, bizim konakladığımız gün balonlar kalkmadığı için göremedik :( odada kulak çöpü, tuvaletteki çöp haricinde odada başka çöp yoktu ve tek eksikler bu gibiydi. Çalışanlar güler güzlü ve yardımcılardı. Her şey için teşekkürler. Tekrar gelirsek yine Virtus Otel’i tercih ederiz.
