The check-in experience was bad, the skinny man and the girl were too busy with each other. The girl was caressing the man's hair while he hurried send his colleague to take me to my room without giving any information such as breakfast time, check-out time or tour information. First time seeing this kind of unprofessional reception check-in attitude. Inside the room, the toilet bin full with rubbish, which from previous guest. The hot water pressure was bad as one of the pipe is leaking when I turn on the shower tap. The only best thing was the breakfast, the ladies there that prep the breakfast were amazing kind.

The Manager Volkan is very friendly and helpful! The Hotel is nice and calm Great ambience and right around the corner from all the shops, tour offices and restaurants. Very convenient location.

Salondaki koltuklar cok kirliydi, tekli yataklardan birinin bacakları ve başlığı kırıktı.digeri de yattimda yana doğru egimliydi .Banyo duvarlarında açık yerlerden her tür mahlukat gelebilir diye bir tedirginlik yaşadık. Kahvaltı da oldukça yetersizdi. Çocuklar doysun diye yemedik bile, ekmeğe, çaya, kahveye abandık. Örneğin; Tek bir misafire gelen 1 tabak patates kızartması, biz 5 kişi olmamiza rağmen bize de 1 tabak geldi. Diğer kahvaltiliklar da aynı şekilde. Verdiğimiz parayı hak ettiklerini düşünmüyorum. 1 gece daha kalacaktık ama vazgeçtik, erkenden çıktık.

Our stay at Azalea Terrace was wonderful. Nice room and comfortable bed. And an outstanding breakfast on the terrace, which has a great view of the town (and is cozy on cool and rainy days). Most of all, the hosts were warm and helpful - they made our experience of Cappadocia extra special.

Güzel bir tatil geçirdik

Bayram tatilinde 3 gün konakladık. Otelin konumu ve çalışanların samimi yaklaşımlarından çok memnun kaldık. Sadece bizim kaldığımız odada banyonun camı şeffaf camdı ve odada buzdolabı yoktu oda adına negatifti bizim için. Haricinde odaların temizliği ve ışıklandırması iyiydi. Kahvaltısı yeterliydi ama görsellerdeki gibi açık büfe değildi,peynir bize yetersiz geldi.kahvaltı geliştirilebilir. Sabahları taze filtre kahve olması mükemmeldi. Genel olarak iyi bir deneyimdi tekrar geliriz.Volkan beye ve terasta görevli arkadaşlara teşekkür ederiz

Otelde 2 gece konakladım otelin konumu çok merkezi 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde bütün bölgeye toplu taşıma araçları bulunmakta . Tatilimi tek başıma geçirdim otele gece geç saatlerde de giriş yaptım ve asla güvenlik endişesi duymadım . Otel temiz personel içten ve cana yakın .
Ve sabah 7 de bu manzarada kahvenizi içiyorsunuz.

괴레메에 다시 가고싶네요.

괴레메의 가운데에 있는 아름다운 숙소입니다. 201호에 묵었는데 깨끗하고 편안했어요. 버스터미널과 가깝고 언덕위가 아니어서 편하게 돌아다닐수 있어요. 조식은 멋진뷰를 자랑하는 옥상에서 먹을수 있는데 적당한 숫자의 메뉴가 있고 맛있습니다. 특히 가끔 나오는 menemen과 연유케이크가 정말 맛있었어요. 아이도 이 숙소를 정말 좋아했어요.

This hotel is perfect for your stay in goreme. The view on the hot air balloons is incredibleninnthe morning. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of choices. This hotel is right in the center of goreme, you can find all the touristic attraction and a lot of good restaurant near it.

Cappadocia stay

Very good location, larger than average hotel rooms. Clean and cosy. Breakfast was descent with enough variety. Room lacked blackout and with large windows, it can be annoying. Lucky we has shawls which we used. The property perhaps needs some maintenance around pathways and frint yard etc. However, most of the buildings we saw in Capadocia seemed to be in need of renovation. Overall its nice and if you dont mind lack of blackout blinds, its actually a nice place.
