Enjoyed our stay. Great hotel with authentic cave rooms. Room was clean. Owner contacted before our arrival for the transportation. Very helpful staff.

The receptionist and other staff were nice. They offered the airport transfer. It was easy to communicate through email and what’s up. Only thing is not good was WIFI. From two days, it was not stable. Also, if you used the hot tub, they do not have enough hot water to take bath. Anyway, it was nice to stay for five nights. The location is very good.

Property was great. Cave rooms were fun. Rooftop was amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Bathroom shower was weird. No shower handle holder. Only a tub. Tub leaked drain water all over the floor.

Absolutely perfect

The people were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and so fun to eat on the rooftop terrace! The room was beautiful with a nice bathroom.

I loved my cave room ♥️ so unique. The room was pretty clean and staff is very friendly. Nice terrace perfect for a nice view of the balloons. The traditional turkish breakfast is delicious. And Melissa is so lovely 🐶 I'd book it again.

Merhabalar otel odası zemin katta olduğu için hava almadı ve gece hasta olduk boğazımız ağrıdı otel odası idare ederdi sadece uyumak için kullanılabilir ama onda da eliniz yüzünüz şişiyor boğazınız ağrıyor havasızlıktan kahvaltı açık büfe yazmasına rağmen serpme geldi ama yeterliydi fakat kahvaltı yerinde çıkarken yağmur yağıyordu ve ıslandık recepsiyon görevlisi ilgisi azdı tl kumandası bozuktu 11 de çıkış istediler opsiyon tanımadılar yatak çok rahatsızdı sesi çıkartıyordu sadece uyumak için konaklayabilirsiniz

Oda resimlerde görüldüğünden daha küçük geldi, yataklar eski ve sesli idi.bir mağara odası olmasından sebep havalandırma sıkıntılı gibi geldi.Herkes aynı anda banyoya girdiğinden sebep sanırım sıcak su problemi yaşadık biraz. Olumlu taraflar da var tabiki gayet güzel karşılandık, yardımcı olunmaya çalışıldı her konuda, kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ve güzel, konum olarak da Göremenin merkezinde güzel bir yerde.

Accueil sympathique et bon emplacement mais c’est tout , l hôtel n ‘est pas du tout entretenu , aucun ménage dans la chambre pendant trois jours , odeur insoutenable dans la salle de bain Pour le départ nous leur avons demandé de nous réserver un taxi et bien sur nous avons eu un shuttle avec un départ plus tôt et un coût plus élevé …. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel même si l équipe est sympathique

Best living experience in Cappadocia

I have a great living experience in here, everything is prefect and the staffs here are so nice and helpful. This hotel have a prefect rooftop, you can have a nice view of the hot air balloon in the morning :) Also, the room is cozy and well designed.
