Enjoyed my stay!
I enjoyed the hotel. It was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast had nice variety and had a cappucino/hot chocolate and latte machine! The location was also great. The location is about a 2 minute walk from the downtown and a 5 minute walk from the Goreme bus station. The only bad thing I can say about the hotel is that when we enter our room, we did get blasted by the scent of humidity. The scent only lasts about 3 seconds but it was something worth noting. It is a natural cave hotel so it is definitely one of the things you would have to deal with anyway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again if I visit Cappadocia again!

It was spacious and clean and the staff was very helpful in helping us book things we wanted like a last minute house back ride and transfer to the airport! It was also a really convenient location close to a lot of shops and restaurants.

Beautiful hotel, clean and at the top of everything. Be prepared to walk up and down a hill. Lots of stairs but beautiful cave hotel. Huge room and comfortable beds. The reception will help with everything you need. Lots of restaurants around the area.

Yep. Book here!
Would definitely recommend. We stayed as a family in a cave suite and it was perfect. Great breakfast and the location was fantastic. Just away from the busy bit of town with brilliant views from their own rooftop viewing areas. Restaurant was great too. Communications were great before the trip, and they organised airport transfers which worked efficiently.

The staff were so helpful and available via WhatsApp at all times and replied quickly. The room was amazing and breakfast was lovely. The staff were all very friendly especially the younger man who is studying at University. An amazing hotel and I would recommended it to everyone! Thank you.

Convenient, comfortable stay.
I was sick my whole stay so it was a bummer but the hot showers helped, the cleaning staff was great, and it was comfortable as I laid in bed a lot. Also, it was cold outside but the caves remained pretty warm. I understand it's the opposite for summer, the caves stay cool in the heat.

We stayed for two nights in the elegance cave. The service, rooms, breakfast and guidance on tours and booking were all top notch. The added roof top view from the hotel made the overall experience great for kids and our family

Great family room with amazing breakfast
Very spacious and nice family room. As described in the listing. Very large bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Large king bed and 2 twin beds perfect for a family. There is no door between the 2 rooms and no AC in the king bedroom, so the single beds room can get very cold but the king bedroom is not so much. The breakfast they have is amazing, but it starts late at 8 am. The staff is amazing and helped us checking in with all the bags we had. The only inconvenience was that we requested a later check out time at 12:30 instead of 11 since the taxi for the airport was arriving at 1, but they couldn't accommodate because they needed to clean the rooms. However while we waited for the taxi outside of the rooms in the courtyard, nobody came to clean the rooms the whole time we waited. They did let us to keep the bags in the check in lobby which was helpful.

Love Göreme
The hotel was our base in cappadocia. Hot was near the Göreme main shopping and dining street. Only 1 steep hill, which is great considering Göreme is built in a hill. Breakfast was good. Quite an experience sleeping in pitch black of a cave! We loved Göreme, authentic Turkish food and hospitality. Highly highly recommended

Our stay at Elegance was great from start to the beginning. Denniz and the team made a lot of good recommendations, and even tried as hard to get us a Ballon ride despite the bad weather.

We did not like the fact that the owner of the hotel Mr. Deniz was not honest with us, where he promised to provide sandwiches as a breakfast at the same day of our check out from hotel because our check out was 7 am however the breakfast was at 8 am. Actually Mr.Deniz did not show up during the check out and no body provided the sandwiches as promiced. Also should mention that the fridge was not working and no one cared to replace it or repare it despite our complain. Another important comment related to the cleanliness where the covers of pillows and mattresses had not been changed during our whole 3 nights stay.

We stayed at Elegance Cave Hotel in the midst of November. As we reached the hotel, the staff said that he got a surprise for me and my husband. We originally booked a standard room, however the staff upgraded our oom from a standard one to a very nice and spacious king suite. We were very grateful and appreciated for his kindness. He also assisted us for our very last minutes red tour and airport transfer booking. We have a really great time staying in this peaceful and nice hotel, with great breakfast and kind staffs. We would highly recommend this hotel for those who needs a great stay in Göreme area with very good hospitality.

Nice hotel in city center
Staff was very kind and helpful. Although we reached early at about 10am, the staff prepared breakfast and early checked in for us. Hotel was a walking distance to sunset view and were surrounded by shops.

Well-positioned with super-helpful staff.
We had a really good time at this well-positioned and friendly hotel. From the moment we arrived the staff there could not do enough for us. They showed us a number of rooms on arrival to see which of them we would prefer. We have stayed in Goreme a few times now and the hotels are generally similar in terms of the room design. What separates this hotel is the service which is really good. The room was as you would expect in this region and very spacious. Breakfast times are very good and you are not under the pressure to get to breakfast early. One day we got up late and after breakfast time but they still offered to open the breakfast bar for us. It is also extremely reasonable in terms of cost.

We've chosen Elegance Cave Suites to get an experience in a cave hotel - we've got what we wanted :) Just be prepared that a cave room is darker than a regular room, which is natural. We've stayed in a family room - clean and spacious. Lacking shelves for clothes though. Lovely view from the terrace of the breakfast cafe; breakfast itself could have been better (you won't stay hungry, no. It's just the choice of products that my comment refers to)
