Everything at the hotel was great. Room and the location were perfect. The only thing that was OK was the breakfast. Might be because we came during the cold season and there were less guests.

Fabulous stay

We loved our stay. Room was amazing, felt like we were sleeping in a cave! Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful. Great view over Goreme from the terraces. We were able to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise, amazing. Short distance into the town where there were plenty of options for dinner. Free parking was a bonus too.

We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: Great location & walking distance to most things. Very responsive on WhatsApp & breakfast was good! There are tables outside with nice view too. Staff was friendly and beds were comfortable. Cons: Bathroom smelled like mildew and I think I got mold poisoning. Woke up the first morning with a very sore throat and extreme sinus congestion. This wouldn’t be surprising because water got everywhere after each shower so it makes sense there would be mold. Also we booked a transfer to the airport and were told it would be a direct transfer. We paid 40 euros for this and it was not direct. It stopped 4 times and took almost two hours to arrive at the airport. Breakfast did not start until 8:30am which is pretty late considering many tours start early and we wanted to go explore but needed to eat. Overall I probably would not recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly but for $115 a night, I didn’t think it was worth it.

We stayed at the most expensive room in the hotel and the room was stinking the whole time due to sewage pipes problem. Also the occupancy was really low probably other rooms have issues too.

Konum ve kahvaltısı mükemmel

Konaklamaktan çok keyif aldığımız bir işletmeydi. Kapadokya'nın Göreme bölgesinde 8-10 farklı otelde kalmışızdır, Bence konum olarak ve kahvaltı olarak İçlerinde en iyisi diyebilirim. Yurt dışından gelen Misafirlerim ile konakladık, Onlar da çok memnun kaldılar. Işletme çalışanları da çok nazikti ve bize yardımcı oldular, hepsine teşekkür ederim.

Alle 10-15 Minuten fällt Schlamm aus der Belüftungsöffnung in den Whirlpool des Zimmers. Abgesehen davon, dass der Whirlpool nicht genutzt werden kann, erzeugt der Schlamm ein beunruhigendes Geräusch, wenn er von der Decke in den Whirlpool fällt. Gleichzeitig gibt es einen Riss im Stein des Raumes, der Angst auslöst. Ich habe meine Beschwerde der Hotelmanagerin, Frau Kader, gemeldet. Sie teilte mir am Telefon mit, dass die Probleme durch den Technike zu lösen sind. Auch wenn ich am Telefon gesagt habe, dass der fließende Schlamm nicht normal sei und nicht in kurzer Zeit gelöst werden könne, wurde ich von Frau Kader nicht ernst genug genommen. Sie legte mir sogar das Telefon aufs Gesicht zu. Der Techniker Herr Emrah kam spät abends und überprüfte den Schlamm, der in den Whirlpool fiel. Er sagte, dass der Fehler leider nicht in kurzer Zeit behoben werden könne. Aufgrund Verfügbarkeit konnte mir auch kein anderes Zimmer angeboten werden. Ein Transfer in ein anderes Hotel wurde nicht angeboten. Zu guter letzt fiel der Strom im Zimmer nachts aus. Die Ursache für den Stromausfall konnte nicht gefunden werden. Daraufhin habe ich mit Hilfe meines Handylichts meine Koffer gepackt und das Hotel frühzeitig verlassen.

Otel konumu itibari ile cok güzel, terastan balonlar cok yakın geçiyor, kahvaltısı mükemmeldi , ürünler kaliteli ve tazeydi ki bu cok önemsediğim bir husustur. Oda temizliği ve konforu harikaydı. 108 nolu odada kaldık, çalışanlar cok tatlı ve yardımcılar. Sadece tek bir negatif yorumum olucak o da çarsaflar yüzüme sert geldi tertemiz bembeyazlardı ama sanırım yumuşatıcı kullanılmıyordu. Yatak da ayrıca cok rahattı. Biz cok memnun kaldık

Alles in einem ein gutes Hotel. Was mich an meinem Zimmer gestört hat war, dass aus dem Bad ein unangenehmer Geruch kam. Die Leitungen können gerne mit einer entsprechenden Vorrichtung versehen werden, damit der Geruch in das Zimmer gelangt. Ansonsten alles top!
