"My room was relatively clean, but counters hadn’t been wiped between previous person and me. The rest of the room was fine…very soft pillows, comfortable bed, nice towels. Internet was sketchy, tv kept freezing. Staff was very friendly. They do sell some snacks and medications, grossly overpriced. But, convenience usually is."

"This hotel is our favorite when visiting Ames. The location is ideal. The staff is friendly and always been helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. The restaurant and bar are very convenient if you don't want to leave the property to seek out food/drinks. We have not used the amenities such as weight room, pool, etc. so I can't speak to that."
