About this property

The Urban Barn! private parking

  • Our place is a 10-minute drive to I-35/Ames. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, cabin-like, rustic charm. The space is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 to 6. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, a smart TV with streaming access, Wifi, a dining area, and an outdoor grill. It is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet neighborhood. Close to nearby restaurants, parks, and fuel stops.

    Parking for the Urban Barn is available on the south side of the gray garage via alley access and is two stalls deep. Additional street parking is available as well.

    We are happy to help with any questions or reservation details. We are often nearby during guest stays and are happy to help in any way so please don't hesitate to ask.
