Wis (Stein) by Interhome
Type of building: Detached house. Our cosy holiday flat is located in our farmhouse...We are a young family with children and we are happy to welcome you on our farm. We are very close to the village and so shopping facilities (bakery, butcher, groceries), restaurant and bus stop are very close. In winter you can go sledging, ski touring or snowshoe hiking right outside the front door, and in summer you can enjoy beautiful mountain tours, easy hikes and explore our beautiful region by bike. In summer we have a lovely seating area with barbecue facilities and a view of the mountains. The cows are on our alp in summer with a small alpine farm with a view of the Säntis.......also worth a visit. We look forward to seeing you.

This place was absolutely beautiful. The owners were friendly and helpful and the unit was clean and well organized. The location was so peaceful and the views were incredible. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone who needs accommodation in the area. Loved it!

Super Clean & Convenient
The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 after our travels and then a day of hiking in Appenzell. The place was spotless and the beds were comfortable. It is in a very rural setting but you are only a few minutes away from Nesslau where there was a Coop and several restaurants.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Picturesque setting in the hills of Switzerland
This place is right out of a fairytale book. The young couple that owns the place is very welcoming, showed us around the farm, they have dairy cows. We were only there for one night but it was as peaceful as I’d hoped for. Looks like there would be great hiking around the area. Nice restaurant just around the corner.

We wanted to stay in Alt. St. Johann, and this was very close (just a few minutes down the road). Very nice home and furnishings! The master bedroom is very beautiful. Good place for a couple + 2 friends, or a couple with 2 or 3 children.
