"This hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of most attractions; it is on a quiet street and it is quiet within the hotel. The breakfast has a good selection of foods- breads, cereals, eggs, etc. that are served buffet style. The staff is exceptionally helpful and speaks fluent English. We had the junior suite which was quite spacious and comfortable. We'd highly recommend this establishment."

"3 night pleasure trip to Zurich. The hotel was quite basic, which I knew before I booked. It had everything I needed, though I wish the bed was more comfortable, it was hard as a rock and 1 squishy pillow wasn't enough. The breakfast was small, but was enough to get the day started. Location was perfect. Less than 5 minutes from the train station, easy to walk with luggage. And in the heart of Old Town."

"Room was okay. I’m-room amenities were not exactly to the standard we were hoping for: pillows need updating. AC was not strong, bed was not very comfortable. Room was small for price (though it is Europe, understand the size but not for the price), food/drink in-room was just okay. Was not a fan of the light system in the rooms: either all lights are on or none at all. Wish we could turn on individual lights. No dimming of lights either which was disappointing. Hotel itself was great. Location amazing. Staff were VERY nice but surprised not as knowledgeable about where to go or recommendations (concierge) which is a reason we stay at 5star. Ultimately a nice hotel that felt 4star in many aspects."
