"Beds super comfy, Good Breakfast Buffet, Great Location near Old Town and Shopping. Super Market just across the street. All Great. The only suggestion would be to remove the curtains in the bathroom for a plain wall. Kids friendly."

"Absolutely beautiful property. We tried to Omakaze restaurant which was an absolute treat. The hotel breakfast is unparalleled. The spa is also quite lovely. The only complaint is that taxis to and from town are pricey, but for the traveler who wants a property where they do not have to leave, it is absolutely wondetful. The bar is also fantastic and the rooms modern and clean. The rooms are also temperate controlled appropriately, especially considering AC is not common in Switzerland. Fabulous property-top notxh!"

"We were more than happy with our stay! We had a family room which was perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. We loved having space to spread out and each have our own bathroom and bedroom. The location was convenient to walk or take the bus to nearby attractions. Every single staff member that we worked with, especially the front desk associates, were welcoming, friendly, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding areas. They always had a smile on their face, even after us asking lots of questions. Our children left there saying, “If we ever come back to Lucerne, we want to stay at this hotel!” Thank you for a memorable experience. "
