"The check process is a bit cumbersome. It is totally electronic with no human intervention. When you start the process of the kiosk, make sure you have your passport and hotel reservation number available. The room was clean and a good size. "The hotel appears to be set up more as a conference centre than the as advertised relaxing spa hotel. We booked this hotel for the spa experience/treatment but found out on arrival that the spa doesn't open until after 5 pm (when the conferences finish). We booked a massage (they had to get someone in because they don't have an onsite masseuse) we asked if it would be possible to have at least the whirlpool switch on for after the massage but they left it drained. The food was ok but nothing to...
