The best area to stay in Neodi is along the waterfront, particularly in the vicinity of the main promenade and the Old Town.

This area is the heart of Neodi, offering stunning views of Kotor Bay and easy access to the town's main attractions. The promenade is lined with cafes, restaurants, and small shops, leading directly to the historic Old Town. You'll find many of the town's best hotels and guesthouses here, many with balconies overlooking the water.

Couples will find this area particularly appealing due to its romantic setting and proximity to the Old Town. You can enjoy leisurely strolls along the promenade, dine at waterfront restaurants, and explore the charming narrow streets of the Old Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The area is also well-connected for boat trips around the bay.

For those who appreciate a slightly quieter experience but still want to be close to the action, the areas just a short walk up from the main promenade, towards the base of the hills, offer a good balance.

The best time to visit Neodi is during the shoulder seasons, specifically from late April to early June and again from September to early October.

During these months, you'll experience pleasant weather, with warm but not excessively hot temperatures, making it ideal for exploring the natural beauty and historical sites. The crowds are also considerably smaller than in the peak summer months, allowing for a more relaxed and enjoyable trip. You'll find it easier to secure reservations at popular restaurants and experience the attractions without long queues.

For those who enjoy water activities and don't mind warmer temperatures and more people, July and August offer the hottest weather, superb for swimming and sunbathing.
