"Took a deposit from me and apparently aren’t planning on returning it. Shuttle doesn’t run early enough for flights earlier than 7:30/8am. No travel breakfast available for early flights having to UBER. Coffee not even ready at 5am. NOT HAPPY!"

"We recently stayed in Orlando and the hotel was a big disappointment. This is a tired property that needs some upgrading. The room showed signs of chipped paint, rusted pipes showing under the toilet and what may me discolored caulking that looked like mold in the shower. We learned that you have to lean in to the elevator door when it gets stuck in order to make it close. When we arrived and the two times we interacted with the front desk staff they did not greet us or even make eye contact. We came back to the room after a day away to find that our room had not been visited by room service at all ... no bed service, no emptying trash cans and no towels. When we went down to the desk to request towels, we were told that if we want the room cleaned/fresh towels we need to “ask for them”. Ramada is a known brand that we expected better of."
