Only a 4 minute stroll to Nelson Bay's famous Little Beach, a 3 minute drive into the CBD, shopping, restaurants and marina or a minute more to beautiful Shoal Bay. You really couldn't ask for a better location. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, modern furnishings, linen provided,unlimited Wi-fi plus Foxtel ensure you have everything you could possibly want.
This 3 bedroom holiday property is located in the upstairs section of this beautiful home. Walk in to the huge, open plan lounge / dining and modern kitchen with access to the large rear balcony with outdoor dining area and BBQ. Down the hall you will find a modern bathroom and 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms.
Holiday at Dixon Drive No.6 and you can leave the car at home.

Disappointed
Property needs a lot of maintenance. Blinds were broken, kettle was infested by bull ants that spread like wildfire throughout the kitchen, a plate of mouldy food was found in the microwave and the smell was disgusting, cockroaches were found in draws and throughout the house, lawns needed to be mowed and the yellow weed flowers attracted bees so the children couldn’t go outside. Absolutely appalling when we go for a break only to find yourself spending money on cleaning products unnecessarily and spending your holiday time cleaning a property that we paid good money for. Location is great but would not recommend the property to anyone
