BEDROOM: King bed, dresser, smart TV, closet with hangers, access to balcony.

BATHROOM 2: En-suite with single vanity sink and bath tub/shower combo

BALCONY Table and chairs with seating for 4.

This condo is NOT pet friendly, violations subject to fines. The complex has a very strict "no smoking" policy and does not permit smoking on balconies, walkways, or in stairwells, and violation of this policy is subject to a fine.
