"The owner here, Branco, is a great guy and very helpful. The only problem is that the property is about a mile or so from the Hvar Old Town so you either have to rent a car or walk the whole distance, which isn't terribly safe. The hotel has two small swimming pools but nothing was entirely open when I stayed there in late April. Apparently, things really heat up during the summer where I imagine there are more things to do."

"I have high expectations here. This hotel is 4 stars and it was pricy. The front desk energy was low during our 3 night stay. This was not the service of a 4-star hotel. Only one lady, who was very helpful via email prior our stay. She provided great recommendations and assistance. The personnel in the restaurant were very attentive. The food was good. It would be nice if regular coffee (from coffee maker) is part of the breakfast instead of the existing machine. The room was a little dark. The tiles around the bathroom were outdated. The view from our balcony was great and our bed was comfortable. The area was quiet. The walk to the Hvar center was 20 min. It was a nice walk with a great view."
